Consider related issues together
A regulatory response may affect licensing, business operations or a commercial dispute. We consider those implications together when advising on how to proceed.

We advise licensed corporations and individuals, asset managers, funds, brokers and other financial services businesses. We also assist licence applicants, businesses considering new activities, and individuals who require advice separately from a firm.
